In 2022, I had the opportunity to meet a group of executives and senior professionals from different industries, and we shared our thoughts on recent workplace and talent trends. What surprised me most was how employees were seeking more than a paycheck—flexibility, recognition, and growth had become essentials. Yet many companies still relied on manual engagement programs or tools that failed to inspire real connection. That insight sparked the idea for Paddo.
We didn’t set out to build “just another HR tool.” From the start, we asked: How can employee engagement be not only measurable, but truly enjoyable?
