How It Began
Arriving in Canada with my parents in the early 2000s, we settled in Toronto—a city brimming with opportunities and diverse cultures. I was captivated by its vibrancy and felt a strong urge to positively impact my family’s life and the embracing community.
Yet, the journey wasn’t easy. Cultural shock and language barriers posed challenges that tested my resilience and spirits
The Spark
Yet, amidst the challenges, I found inspiration in the power of mentorship. During my university years, I was fortunate to meet my first mentor, who believed in my potential and helped me secure my first co-op job. As my career progressed, a second mentor entered my life, opening my eyes to diverse perspectives and igniting a passion for entrepreneurship and innovation.
Empowered by a Vision
In 2021, a seismic shift rippled through the workplace. Employees, craving balance and fulfillment, sought more than just a paycheck. With remote work surging and personal values taking center stage, traditional office dynamics faltered. I witnessed firsthand the toll it took—diminished engagement, waning productivity, and a disheartening wave of turnover.
